Tank for Wine Return Policy

At Tanks for Wine, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a tank for wine for various reasons. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for tanks for wine under the following conditions:

  • The tank is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The tank is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The tank must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification.
  • Customized or personalized tanks may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not meet the specified customization.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at ron@tanksforwine.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Pack the tank securely in its original packaging or an appropriate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice with the return.
  • Ship the tank to the address provided with the RMA number.

3. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned tank, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the tank is approved for a return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective tank or if the item you received is incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover any associated return shipping costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities
